Basics

This declaration was set up to explain you the treatment of your data from the host and website owner. We take your data protection very serious and treat those according to the current german laws. Since technologies and further web developments change, make sure you reread the declaration more often, as we continously will improve our methods and rules.Definitions are in line with Art. 4 DSGVO.

Website accesss

We and the website provider freenet collects data about the access of our website  (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f. DSGVO) and save them as server logfiles on the server of the provider.

· Time and Date of the access

· Volume of accessed data
· Link and source, from where you found our website

· Used browser
· Used PC or mobile device operation system

· Your IP

are recorded. The logfiles are made anonymous and typically saved for not more than 12 months for statistics and deleted thereafter, unless user information is required by law for legal prosecution of criminal actions. (see details of provider)

The provider is responsible for deletion and safe archiving of those logfiles.

The website owner only has access to statistics of those without being able to identify the user individually. The data is only secured at providers location to be able to clarify misusage and harm to other persons. If data has to be secured for legal action, they are kept for legal clarification and exempted from deletion.

This website may use tracking cookies for pseudonymised analysis of user ranges, read the related security declarations of freenet and our website provider for more details. The website owner does not use any cookie analysis for user identification nor profiling.  Cookies are small data stored on your device. Rights of users and deletion of access or visits

As a user of this website you may contact the owner for further information, if individualised data was archived. This is not the case, so the answer is no. Still you have the right to check back with us. In the abnormal case, that data about your usage could be retrieved from us, we will delete it upon your request, unless it is mandatory for legal action by authorities to follow up on any comment or criminal act by the user itself. In this case any log files will be made available to authorities.
